METAL INDUSTRY COMPETENCE CENTRE IN GYŐRÚJBARÁT

Fixture & Special Machine Engineering

We design and manufacture measuring, inspection and assembly fixtures, special-purpose machines and automated equipment – tailored to the manufacturing or inspection task defined by the customer. From design through to delivery of the completed unit, our in-house development engineering team manages the entire process, using CATIA, CREO and AutoCAD design systems and EdgeCAM and ESPRIT CAM software.

INDUSTRIAL VALUE CHAIN FROM DESIGN THROUGH MANUFACTURING TO MAINTENANCE

Primary fixture types

Measuring & inspection fixtures

For verifying dimensions, geometry and position of manufactured parts – alongside production lines, for automotive and mechanical engineering customers, from prototype through to mass production.

Assembly fixtures

For positioning, clamping and assembling components and subassemblies – adapted to the specific manufacturing process, with electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic solutions, individually or in combination.

Special-purpose machines & automated equipment

Custom-built machines designed for specific manufacturing or inspection tasks, capable of executing a defined operation with repeatable, documented precision – a bespoke solution for a bespoke challenge.
BESPOKE PROJECTS WITH FULL ATTENTION TO DETAIL

From requirement specification to a validated unit

Julius-Globe is more than a metal machining facility – we are proud to act as the NAVIGATOR Group’s metal industry competence centre, contributing our in-house development engineering team and delivering high added value to solve our clients’ complex challenges. From design through manufacturing to validation and testing, everything is handled under one roof – a single responsible partner, an uninterrupted process.

Understanding the task & specifications

In fixture engineering projects, our clients typically arrive with concrete technical specifications – seeking an automated or dedicated process-support solution to perform a precisely defined task.

Design & manufacturing preparation

We carry out the full design process – converting supplied 2D drawings or working from specifications and a brief alone to produce 3D models, developing manufacturing technology where required.

Machining & assembly of the fixture

Machining of the required components and fixture elements using various precision CNC technologies, followed by assembly of the electromechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic elements.

Validation, testing & delivery

Units are inspected and documented in our own quality control laboratory. We participate in on-site commissioning testing where required and carry out further fine-tuning in collaboration with the client.

QUALIFIED DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING TEAM

Design – from specification to finished unit

Our engineering team consists of six specialists working primarily with CATIA, CREO and AutoCAD. If the client can only supply 2D drawings, we convert them into 3D models and review the design for manufacturability – before the first component is produced. We are equally capable of developing the complete solution from a bare specification and brief, relieving the client’s own engineering team or participating as an external development partner.

Manufacturing preparation is fully digitalised: EdgeCAM and ESPRIT CAM systems automatically generate the CNC control program directly from the 3D model – without manual re-coding. This means shorter lead times and fewer error sources, even for custom and complex components.

Following machining and individual quality inspection of parts, we carry out assembly, run tests and validate the fixture – delivering it complete with documentation. Where necessary, we fine-tune in close collaboration with the client, and remain available after commissioning for maintenance and modification requirements.

Our goal is high-added-value, end-to-end solution delivery – from specification to commissioning, and from concept through to long-term support.
